Access\uff0c\u7b80\u79f0OA)\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u5b66\u672f\u4f20\u64ad\u6982\u5ff5\uff1a\u201cOA\u884c\u52a8\u6d3e\uff0c\u5b9e\u8df5OA\u7684\u65b9\u6cd5\u201d\u3001\u201cOpen Access \u5f00\u653e\u53d6\u7528\u4e8c\u4e09\u4e8b\u201d\u7b49\uff0c\u4eca\u5929\u5c06\u4ecb\u7ecd\u7c92\u5b50\u7269\u7406\u9886\u57df\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u5f00\u653e\u53d6\u7528\u8ba1\u5212\u2014<a href=\"https:\/\/scoap3.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">SCOAP3<\/a>\u3002<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/scoap3.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">SCOAP3<\/a>(\u5168\u540dSponsoring Consortium for Open Access Publishing in Particle Physics)\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u7c92\u5b50\u7269\u7406\u9886\u57df\u671f\u520a\u51fa\u7248\u5f00\u653e\u53d6\u7528\u8ba1\u5212\uff0c\u7531\u6b27\u6d32\u7684\u7c92\u5b50\u52a0\u901f\u5668\u7814\u7a76\u4e2d\u5fc3<a href=\"https:\/\/home.cern\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">CERN<\/a>\u6240\u4e3b\u6301\uff0c\u81f4\u529b\u4e8e\u63a8\u52a8\u7c92\u5b50\u7269\u7406\u9886\u57df\u671f\u520a\u5f00\u653e\u53d6\u7528\u3002<\/p>\n<p>SCOAP3\u8ba1\u5212\u8ba9\u8be5\u9886\u57df\u7684\u90e8\u5206\u4e3b\u8981\u671f\u520a\u8bba\u6587\u53ef\u4ee5\u88ab\u514d\u8d39\u53d6\u5f97\u53ca\u8fd0\u7528\uff0c\u514d\u9664\u671f\u520a\u8ba2\u9605\u53ca\u4f5c\u8005\u9700\u6295\u7a3f\u8d39\u7528\u7684\u9ad8\u989d\u8d1f\u62c5\u3002\u9664\u6b64\u4e4b\u5916\uff0c\u4f9d\u636e\u5176\u534f\u8bae\u89c4\u8303\uff0c\u4e8e\u8be5\u671f\u520a\u6295\u7a3f\u4e4b\u4f5c\u8005\u4ecd\u5c06\u4eab\u6709\u5176\u8457\u4f5c\u6743\uff0c\u6587\u7ae0\u5f15\u7528\u5219\u9700\u7b26\u5408CC-BY\u89c4\u8303\u3002<\/p>\n<p><img \/><\/p>\n<p>2014\u5e74\u8d77\u8fc4\u4eca\u53c2\u4e0eSCOAP3\u8ba1\u5212\u6709\u6765\u81ea44\u4e2a\u56fd\u5bb6\uff0c\u5305\u542b\u5176\u5404\u5927\u5b66\u3001\u7814\u7a76\u673a\u6784\u3001\u56fe\u4e66\u9986\u53ca\u57fa\u91d1\u4f1a\u7b49\u8d85\u8fc73,000\u4e2a\u7ec4\u7ec7\uff0c\u53ca3\u4e2a\u8de8\u56fd\u7ec4\u7ec7\uff0c\u5305\u542b<a href=\"https:\/\/home.cern\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">CERN<\/a>\u3001<a href=\"http:\/\/iaea.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">IAEA<\/a>\u3001<a href=\"http:\/\/jinr.ru\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">JINR<\/a>\u7b49\u3002\u53c2\u4e0e\u7684\u671f\u520a\u51fa\u7248\u793e\u5305\u542b\u6709APS Physics\u3001Elsevier\u3001IOP\u3001Springer\u7b49\u8be5\u9886\u57df\u91cd\u8981\u671f\u520a\u51fa\u7248\u793e\u3002<\/p>\n<p>SCOAP3\u7684\u8fd0\u4f5c\u65b9\u5f0f\u662f\u901a\u8fc7\u652f\u4ed8\u53c2\u4e0e\u8ba1\u5212\u7684\u51fa\u7248\u5546\u5f00\u653e\u53d6\u7528\u6240\u9700\u8d39\u7528\uff0c\u76f8\u5bf9\u7684\uff0c\u4ea6\u8981\u6c42\u51fa\u7248\u5546\u9700\u964d\u4f4e\u8ba1\u5212\u6210\u5458\u671f\u520a\u8ba2\u8d2d\u8d39\u7528\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u53c2\u4e0e\u8ba1\u5212\u7684\u5404\u4e2a\u56fd\u5bb6\u53ef\u964d\u4f4e\u671f\u520a\u8ba2\u8d2d\u9884\u7b97\uff0c\u4f46\u5404\u56fd\u4ecd\u9700\u4f9d\u5176\u79d1\u7814\u8bba\u6587\u4ea7\u51fa\u91cf\u8d5e\u52a9SCOAP3\u57fa\u91d1\u8fd0\u4f5c\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u53f0\u6e7e\u7269\u7406\u9886\u57df\u4e4b\u7535\u5b50\u671f\u520a\u8054\u76df\u7531\u79d1\u6280\u90e8\u7269\u7406\u63a8\u52a8\u4e2d\u5fc3\u8d1f\u8d23\u7edf\u7b79\uff0c\u8be5\u4e2d\u5fc3\u81ea2015\u5e74\u8d77\u4ee3\u8868\u53f0\u6e7e\u53c2\u52a0\u8be5SCOAP3\u8ba1\u5212\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u672c\u56fd\u7814\u7a76\u8005\u4e8e\u6295\u7a3f\u4e0a\u8ff0\u53c2\u4e0eSCOAPS\u8ba1\u5212\u4e4bOA\u671f\u520a\u65f6\u4e0d\u987b\u652f\u4ed8\u6587\u7ae0\u5904\u7406\u8d39\u7528(Article Processing Charges)\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u53e6\u5916\uff0c<a href=\"https:\/\/repo.scoap3.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">SCOAP3 Repository<\/a>\u63d0\u4f9bOA\u6587\u7ae0\u5178\u85cf\u53ca\u67e5\u627e\u529f\u80fd\uff0c\u76ee\u524d\u5171\u8ba1\u670930,469\u7bc7\u6587\u7ae0\u6536\u5f55\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u53f0\u6e7e\u5b66\u8005\u53d1\u8868\u8ba1\u67091,625\u7bc7(\u7edf\u8ba1\u81f32019\/10\/4\u6b62)\u3002<a
